• Employer/Firm Specifics: Company name, contact person, and business documentation.
• Identity Verification: Photos of ID documents such as passports or licenses uploaded to the App for verification.
• Profiles: Profiles created within the App, including profile images and CV details.

B. Usage and Device Data

We may automatically collect information when you access the App:

• Device Information: Device ID, model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Location Data: We may request access to your location-based information to help you find local job ads or candidates.
• Push Notifications: We may request permission to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App.

C. Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method including valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, is collected by our third-party payment processor, RevenueCat. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

• Facilitate the connecting of Security Guards with Security Firms.
• Verify SIA licenses and professional qualifications.

• Between Users: Security Firms can view Security Guard profiles, including CVs, SIA status, and ratings, to make hiring decisions. Guards can view Firm profiles and job listings.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors that perform services for us, including RevenueCat for payment processing, Firebase for cloud messaging and push notifications, and Google, Facebook, or Apple for social authentication services.
• Legal Requirements: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

• Logging into your account settings and updating your profile.
• Using the "Delete Account" feature within the App settings.
